Refund policy

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We allow you to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

To cancel your order, please log in to your litokam Store account and request for cancellation, or contact us at support@litokam.com.

Once we have received your cancellation request, we will process it as soon as possible.  We will process your refund within 3 business days and there will be no extra fees charged. You should expect to see the credit appear on your billing statement within 7 business days – depending on your bank.

If your order has already been shipped, you may still be able to cancel it. However, you may be responsible for any shipping costs that have already been incurred.

Return & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at support@litokam.com. Please note that returns will be sent to the address that customer service assigned. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will pay for the return shipping and you will not need to pay anything.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, We will process your refund within 3 business days and there will be no extra fees charged, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@litokam.com.

Damages and issues

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you experience any damages or issues with our products or services, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@litokam.com immediately.
